No, Mr. O'Connor does not practice in state courts. He exclusively represents clients before the United States Military, military tribunals, the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and the U.S. Department of Justice's Executive Office for Immigration Review (DOJ EOIR).
This is a complex situation because it may involve navigating two separate legal systems, potentially requiring dual representation. It’s advisable to consult with an attorney as soon as possible following your arrest.
Most of Mr. O'Connor's immigration clients are unrelated to military personnel. He has experience representing victims of government persecution, gang extortion, and former gang members incarcerated for gang-related crimes, particularly those associated with MS-13.
